The ‘Over the Moon Award’ celebrates someone who has gone above and beyond this year to reach their goals. They ooze Banana Moon ethos and passion in every area and are always willing to change up our existing initiatives and pioneer new ones. They’re enthusiastic and passionate about helping our little ones’ imaginations run wild!
The recipient of the award will always be working on their development and attend training on a regular basis to learn, develop and keep abreast of new legislation, policies and procedures. They’re inquisitive and proactive in asking questions and referring to the resources on the Hub. They’re a real trailblazer in their setting and are fully on board with our aim to become the UK’s most loved nursery brand. Most importantly, they’ve received wonderful feedback from their team and Banana Moon parents – and it’s not escaped the notice of everyone here at Head Office!
